Shipping Information

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Area: We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

Return Policy

You may return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time:

Please allow up to four weeks for your refund to be processed. This timeframe includes:

  • Return Transit Time: 5-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for us to process your return upon arrival.
  • Bank Processing Time: 5-10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
